In return for granting said permission I (we) are being entered into a free prize contest sponsored by REPTILESEARCH.COM and am fully compensated thereby.

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.

The above is hereby being e-mailed together with the photos whereas permission is being granted and this document can and should be binding in the State of Florida and or any other venue whereby any legalities regarding same is heard.

I hereby warrant that I am of full age, or that if I am a minor that I and my legal guardian have every right to contract in my name in the above regard. I further state that (I)(we) have read this RELEASE prior to its execution, and that (I)(we) are fully familiar with its contents.
