Our Contest Rules are simple. In order to enter, simply e-mail us a photo of an interesting herp that you've photographed together with a simple letter giving us permission to use it in any manner we deem fit. Please do not send us large files, the photo must be of less than 75k in size, we prefer jpeg, png or gif, however you can send in other formats if you advise us prior to sending. Photos should not have added text, (Copyright info., etc...) we will do so on your behalf prior to posting or reproducing in any way. . That's it! ... If you have a photo that you feel you do not want used according to our wishes, please do not send it. Only photos that are your proprietary property accompanied with a release for us to use as we please will be used, others will be deleted.

Once a week, all entrants will be placed into "the hat" and a winner will be drawn. Winners will not win based on quality of photo, or any other means than "the luck of the draw". No one associated with this company or the actual drawing, or relatives and friends of same may enter.

Prizes will be animals donated by dealers associated with Reptilesearch.com through advertisement or other means and will be featured on a seperate page each week for your scrutiny. See Free Reptiles! Health or quality guarantees will be from the dealer providing the prize however we at Reptilesearch.com will make all efforts to ensure that all prize animals will be of Top Notch quality! Keep in mind that such dealers are using these same animals to get you to know their company so quality should be outstanding. We at Reptilesearch.com will take no responsibility for losses or anything otherwise after we acknowlkedge the winner and forward the winner's name to the dealer donating the animal each week. (Due dilligence will be used to ensure that everything works smoothly as this will be a weekly undertaking!)

Prize winners must reside within the U.S.A. or else may be required to pay an export fee for required re-export documents and the extra costs necessary to make an export. We can and will assist as much as possible to keep these costs down but there will be a charge associated with such exports. (The animal will however be FREE!) All recipients must take due dilligence to ascertain the legality of animals being shipped into their specific area and will be held fully liable for any mistakes. See our Reptile Laws Page or contact your local official to determine if the animal you won is allowed in your area!

Winning photos may or may not be posted weekly and other photos of entrants may or may not be posted on our Web Site as per our discretion. Please do not place add copyright protection text on photo, we will do so prior to posting for you!

Only photos sent to our Photo Entry E-Mail Address will be accepted, please do not send to our regular E-Mail address as it will not be accepted.
